< Public sector schemes can receive financial support for CHP
via the Energy Savings Trust’s Community Energy Programme. This programme does not relate solely to residential based projects – any facility which serves more than one building could be eligible. Support comprises development grants of up to £10,000 and capital grants of up to 40% of project value.

< The CHP schemes using the Turbec T100 are eligible under the UK Governments Enhanced Capital Allowances (ECA) scheme. This allows businesses to claim 100% first year allowances on their investment. >

< The Carbon Trust is offering interest free loans for capital investment in energy efficiency schemes which includes CHP. In addition, they may assist in the funding of Research & Development based projects where there is an innovative use of CHP which could have wider applications. >
